About this item
45) A very nice original Victorian officers swagger stick. The stick is excellent with no damage. The white metal cap is in lovely condition with a few minor knocks and dents. It has Queen Victoria's crown above the badge of the 2nd Battalion Gloucestershire Regiment. This dates from 1881 to 1901. It has a silver band a quarter of the way down the shaft with engraved initials to it. It also has "G.F.2422" to it which is a mans initials and service number so could be traced! It measures 26 1/2 inches.
