For sale is an Early Post WW2 1950s Australian 2nd Armoured Brigade Formation Patch. This is in good condition.
Formation Patch – 2nd Armoured Brigade – worn during the 1950s.
The 2nd Armoured Brigade was a Victorian based Citizen Military Forces (CMF) formation, originally comprising 4th/19th Prince of Wales’s Light Horse Regiment, and 8th/13th Victorian Mounted Rifles. The Brigade existed during the 1950s. Their formation sign was based upon that used by 1st Australian Armoured Division during the Second World War.
