About this item

A good Victorian 1895 Pattern Bandsman Sword.

Only produced from 1895-1901, so Boer War period, and not an overly common variation to find. This example produced by Mole of Birmingham, and with unit markings for the Depot, Royal Artillery (Woolwich).

Good untouched condition, light staining to the blade, which would improve with a light clean and polish. No movement between blade and hilt, which is a common fault of these little swords.

Housed in the correct brass mounted scabbard.

Strictly over 18's only. Photo ID will be required before this item can be dispatched. Please send this at the time of ordering, to prevent unnecessary delay in your order being dispatched.
