    About this item

An interesting Georgian Dirk which looks to have been made from a shortened Spadroon blade.

The blade with a single central fuller and a spine fuller, double edged for the last 7.5 inches towards the point.

Hardwood grip with iron pommel and S shaped crossguard.

Blade measuring 17 inches, 22 inches overall.

Some small movement at the crossguard. Washer present but perished. Surface rust over the entirety of the piece. No visble makers markings, possible traces of blue and gilt decoration and engraving to one side, but it may well be my eyes playing tricks on me.

An unusual piece, which will clean up well.

Strictly over 18's only. Photo ID will be required before this item can be dispatched.
