Vintage WWII Solid Brass RAF De Havilland Mosquito Aircraft Model Style

An attractive vintage solid brass aircraft model, believed to represent the famous de Havilland Mosquito, one of the best-known British aircraft of the Second World War.

There is a drilled mounting hole to the underside, indicating that the aircraft would originally have been displayed on a stand. The stand is no longer present.

Overall in good vintage condition with age-related marks, scratches and surface wear. The horizontal tail section sits slightly out of alignment, possibly from an old knock or drop, and there is a small notch/nick to the tip of one wing. These appear to be longstanding rather than recent damage. Please refer closely to the photographs for condition.
