    A lovely pair of what I believe is a pair of P.T shorts as there is an elasticated waist and no fly fastening.  But they are khaki drill as oppose to the blue cotton ones that are more often seen. The elastic is in excellent condition

    With a paper label dated 1940 with War Dept Arrow. Unissued and unused

    Possibly due to size they are womens 

    Waist 28/30 inches Overall lenght waist to hem 20"
