An original Royal Navy wool coat liner in good condition.
The liner came with a grouping of Able Seaman's uniform items. Whilst it is clearly a coat liner I am not sure exactly which coat it is designed to fit. Hopefully someone out there does!
There is the remnants of a white stamp to the inside of the liner which most probably denotes the size and is typical of size stamps found inside greatcoats of the period.
Condition is good for its age with no serious issues or signs of excessive use.
