Combat Medical Badge (First Award), US-made, in silver marked “STERLING”, with a pin-back fastening system, characteristic of early 1945 production.
The small safety roller (rolling lock) on the catch is missing. The pin nevertheless remains fully functional and stays securely closed.
The badge shows oxidation but remains very presentable.
