WW2 USAAF 9TH AF OFFICERS TUNIC. Nice us army oficers class A dress tunic, as worn by officers.
An iconic tunic, really, worn by all officers in the army and air force. This example is in excellent, lightly used condition, with no moth damage we can see anywhere. Complete with belt and all buttons. Adorned in original Air Force insignia, pilot's wings, marked sterling on the reverse. And with a nice 9th Air Force patch on the shoulder. The tunic is labelled inside with the "REGULATION ARMY OFFICER'S UNIFORM" label. Further inside, one of the pockets has another manufacturer's label, marked with details, dated twice 1942, and with size details 38R.
Overall, a really nice tunic, ideal for any USAAF museum, display, or collection.
