    Oxford University Rifle Volunteers glengarry cap badge circa 1887-1908.

    Constructed in a die-stamped white metal with the University Coat of Arms at centre and circular strap with crown above.

    Very good condition.

     

    The Rifle Volunteers were raised in August 1859 as 1st Oxfordshire (Oxford University) and redesignated 1st (Oxford University) in 1887
