Why can't I use POA and why must I specify a price or price range (guide price)?

A price range is mandatory if you are not entering a price. This is because we tend to find dealers get fewer enquiries with no price listed.

So a price range (guide price), even if approximate, gives buyers a rough idea and gives them more confidence to make an enquiry. Thus meaning more enquiries for you, and more sales.
