Why have I received an email about two subscriptions / direct debits being set up?
You’ll only ever have one direct debit set up with us. However, if you have subscribed to a special offer with a reduced rate for the first 12 months (or 2 years depending which offer), then our billing system will have created two subscriptions on the direct debit:-
- One for the reduced amount for the first 12 months (or 2 years depending which offer you took)
- One for the normal amount after the discounted period ends
This is just how our billing system works, and can not be adjusted but there is nothing to worry about as you will only ever be charged once per month and there is definitely only one direct debit.
