20) Very Nice Original Early WW2 1922 Pattern Service Dress Jacket To The Essex Yeomanry. Large Size 14 Dated Mid 1930s

20) An original early WW2 22 pat service dress jacket. These were still in use during the early days of WW2 and were gradually replaced by the 1937 pattern battledress. The jacket is excellent and comes with all original period applied buttons badges and insignia to the Essex Yeomanry. It looks to be in almost perfect condition with just a couple of minor marks all as shown in the photos. all EY collar dogs, shoulder titles and buttons are in place as well as his hand whitened corporal stripes to each arm. The left lower sleeve has a series of holes where a badge has been pinned in place, these are not moth holes and made to accommodate a badge (see photos). The inside is in good order with just slight dirt. The internal label is in place and shows it to be a good large size 14 (for size details see photos) The ink stamped date is 193? it could be 1931 or 1935 but hard to be sure. The WD inspectors stamp is there but annoyingly the date letter was very poorly stamped and is not visible but guaranteed pre war. A very nice example in a good size.
