About this item
An original US WW2 era Enlisted Man's Ike jacket. There are a number of moth nips, nost noticeably on the various patches. . Tunic is furnished with;
1. A theatre made 9th Army Air Force felt patch, with beautiful red cross stitching,
2. T/Sgt stripes,
3. Two overseas stripes, denoting at least 12 months service,
Size marked 36R but measured by hand as follows;
Pit to pit - 20.5 inches, so around a 39" to 40" chest
Shoulder seam to cuff - 24.5 inches
Shoulder to shoulder - 18 inches
Dated 8 June 1944.
